About Memory Pairs
Memory matching games train spatial working memory — your ability to hold positions of objects in mind. Five minutes a day measurably slows that decline in adults over 40.
Tips for fewer moves
- Flip systematically the first round. Go row by row instead of randomly.
- Memorize positions, not symbols. "Triangle was top-right" beats "I saw a triangle somewhere."
- Aim for under 20 moves. 16 is the theoretical minimum.
How to play
Click any card to flip it. Click a second card to try to match the first. If they match, they stay revealed. If not, they flip back. Find all 8 pairs to win — try to do it in the fewest moves.
